This promotional offer is valid until June 30, 2026, and is available to qualified customers only, subject to approval by AI-Media.

The offer applies to Hardware-as-a-Subscription (HaaS) plans for LEXI Text Encoder (UHD592) and LEXI Voice Encoder (AIX-1). The promotional “3 months free” period is applied at the beginning of a minimum 12-month prepaid subscription term. Following the promotional period, standard subscription pricing will apply for the remainder of the agreed term.

A signed agreement and valid purchase order (PO) are required to activate the offer. Hardware will not be shipped until a PO has been received and accepted.

This offer does not include shipping, freight, customs duties, taxes, or any other associated costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

There are no specific usage limits associated with the promotional period; however, all services remain subject to AI-Media’s Global Terms.

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly agreed in writing by AI-Media.

Hardware availability, configuration, and delivery timelines are subject to change. Target shipping timelines are indicative only and not guaranteed.

Customers are bound by AI-Media’s standard Global Terms and applicable Master Services Agreement (if executed), which will govern the use of products and services.
